I have a super fun and cute project to share with you today!  I absolutely love making Halloween treat holders and the Square Pillow Box Thinlits Dies makes the perfect box for treats.  You'll find a complete supply list at the end of this post.

Of course, I started by using the Square Pillow Box Thinlits Dies and Basic Black card stock to make the pillow box.  Stampin' Up! has even created a video to show you how easy this is to make.  Here's the video:

Did you watch the video?  Isn't it amazing how easy that is?  I love having tools that help me make projects that are so easy!

After assembling the pillow box, I wrapped a 2" piece of Happy Haunting DSP around the center of the box.

Next to go on was the black Spider Web Dollie.  Oh my gosh these are spectacular!  Already die cut and ready for you to assemble on your projects.  I adhered this with the new Fine-Tip Glue Pen.  This is a must-have for adhering intricate dies and pieces.

The witch and the pumpkin were stamped on a scrap piece Very Vanilla card stock using Tuxedo Black Memento ink and colored with a Blender Pen and Basic Black, Hello Honey, Rich Razzleberry, Wild Wasabi, Cucumber Crush, Pumpkin Pie and Pacific Point ink.  I used the White uni-ball Signo Gel Pen in the center of Cucumber Crush eyes.  They were then cut out and adhered to the Spider Web Dollie using Stampin' Dimensionals.

The sentiment was stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a piece of Very Vanilla and punched out using the Washi Label punch.  It, too, is adhered with Stampin' Dimensionals.

Have you seen the Among the Branches Bundle in the Holiday Catalog?  The bundle includes the Among the Branches Photopolymer stamp set and the Woodland Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.  I am in love with this new embossing folder!  I see many projects with this in my future!

Today I'm sharing with you a card we made during my September Stamp Club.  We used this awesome bundle along with a couple of very cool techniques!

CASE'd from Michelle Zindorf

The stunning background on this card was made using a masking technique and some brayering.  We started with a piece of Whisper White card stock and positioned the Post-It note punched circle for the moon into place.  Then the brayering began!  The sunset background was made by brayering Crushed Curry, Pumpkin Pie and finally a little Rich Razzleberry right over the top of the Post-It note.

Once the brayering was complete, the piece was ran through the Big Shot using the Woodland Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.  A little Soft Suede ink was added with a Sponge Dauber to make the trees really pop.  The birds and the owl from the Among the Branches Photopolymer stamp set were added with the Tuxedo Black Memento ink.

The spiders and the sentiment are from the A Little Something stamp set.  They were stamped on a piece of Vellum card stock using the Tuxedo Black Memento ink.  The brackets on the end were made by cutting the sides off of a piece of Basic Black card stock that was punched using the Label Bracket Punch.  This is an excellent way to conceal your adhesive when using vellum!  There are Glue Dots behind the black label pieces to adhere the sentiment to the card front.

Embellished Ornaments Class —The second 2015 Holiday Card Stamp-a-Stack (SAS) Class will feature the gorgeous Embellished Ornaments stamp set, and we'll create 6 each of two different card designs using that set!  

Embellished Ornaments Class Kit Contents—Your class kit will include the Embellished Ornaments stamp set (clear, wood) stamp set, 12.5 yards of Gold Cording Trim and 12.5 yards. of Silver Cording Trim to "hang" your ornaments, and a package of Iced Rhinestone Embellishments to adhere to the ornaments.  Plus, it will include all of the pre-cut supplies to create 12 cards (6 each of 2 styles) with envelopes.  Instructions will be emailed to you as a PDF.

These cards are simply stunning!  The silver and gold foil really make them pop.  Here a couple more pictures of each card.

Class Kit Fee—$40 for the clear mount style, $48 for wood mount. 

Delicate Ornament Thinlits Bundle Option—You'll definitely want to add the Delicate Ornament Thinlits to your kit, so you can create beautiful, intricately-cut ornaments that coordinate with the stamps!  Plus, you'll receive 15% off when you purchase both the stamp set and thinlits together as a bundle! 

Bundle Add-On Fee—Add $22 for clear mount or $32 more for wood mount.

Recommended Precision Plate Add-On—If you're getting the Bundle option, I highly recommend trying the new Precision Base Plate for the best results for the intricate thinlits!  It cleanly cuts the die-cuts and allows them to release from the die easily without the use of wax paper or dryer sheets. You will still need to poke out the inner pieces, but they will come out easily!  Add $29, plus $5.75 shipping, if needed.

 Can't Make The Class? Order A Class-To-Go Kit—If you're not in the Fort Wayne area, or are unable to attend the class, you can order a Class-To-Go Kit!  Class fees are the same, simply add $5.75 for Priority Shipping or you can make arrangements to pick up from me.  

Demonstrators Cards-Only Kit—Want to participate, but already own the featured stamp set?  I offer a CARDS ONLY Kit for active demonstrators only.  Cost is $20, plus $5.75 for shipping, if needed.

My goodness ... I'm still finding it hard to believe that's it time to start making holiday cards!  But with that said, I know it will be here before we know it!  After all ....




So, I'm excited to open the first Holiday Card Stamp-a-Stack!  September's class features the Your Presents Stamp Set.  Here are the card's we will be making:

Your Presents Class Kit—Our September 27th Holiday Card Stamp-a-Stack (SAS) Class will feature the Your Presents (clear, wood) stamp set, and we'll create 6 each of the two card designs pictured above!  This is a terrific set to start with because it's so versatile for any present-giving occasion, especially birthdays & Christmas!  The images are so fun to mix & match for different looks.  Here are some more pictures:

You're going to love the Holidays Fancy Foil Designer Vellum on these cards!  It's so pretty and unfortunately these pictures don't do it justice!

Class Kit Contents—Your kit will include the Your Presents (clear, wood) stamp set, a pack of Red Foil Sheets (four 6" x 12" sheets), and 10 yds of 1/8" Striped Ribbon (5 yds. each of Real Red & Garden Green).  Plus, it will include all of the supplies to create 12 cards (6 each of 2 styles) with envelopes.  Instructions and a complete supply list will be emailed to you.
