Today I'm excited to share with you a sneak peek of one of the cards we will be making at my monthly Stamp Club this Friday.  You will find a complete supply list at the end of this post.

What a great fall card!  I had a lot of fun making this card.  I also love that you can save 15% when you get the bundle!  The bundle includes the Happy Scenes stamp set and the Hearth & Home Thinlits Dies.

The card base is Tangelo Twist card stock layered with a piece of Basic Black card stock.  The plaid piece is from the Happy Haunting DSP pack.  The bottom is a piece of Very Vanilla card stock embossed with the Brick Wall Textured Impressions Embossing Folder ... more on this part later.  I added a small strip of Basic Black card stock where the DSP and brick embossed piece meet.

The fall scene was made by stamping the tree with pumpkins and spider and web images from the Happy Scenes stamp set using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.  Next came all of the sponging.  First Daffodil Delight and then Tangelo Twist around the edges.  The bottom was sponged with Crumb Cake.  I colored the leaves and pumpkins using the Tangelo Twist marker.

Next I used the Hearth & Home Thinlits Dies to cut out the window and hearth from Basic Black card stock.  The fall scene was adhered to the back of the window using the Fine-Tip Glue Pen.

I stamped the sentiment with VersaMark and embossed with Silver embossing powder.  The window and hearth are popped up with Stampin' Dimensionals.  The leaves are Tangelo Twist card stock cut using the cute leaves from the Square Pillow Box Thinlits Dies.  They are adhered using the Fine-Tip Glue Pen.

Isn't that brick wall great?  I started with a piece of Very Vanilla card stock and the Brick Wall Embossing Folder.  Before running it through the Big Shot, I used the Brayer and inked up the embossing folder with some Smoky Slate ink.  I just love the texture that this technique gives!  They look like real gray bricks with off-white mortar.

Do you want to make this card?  My monthly Stamp Club is open for anyone to attend.  If you would like to join us this Friday (10/9/15) contact me for more information!

    Thanks for stopping by!
    Michelle
